Create and complete meat processing plant of capacity from 100 to 100000 kg per shift boiled, boiled-smoked, semi-smoked sausages, frankfurters and wieners, smoked meats. A full set of equipment allows to carry out the following works: storage of frozen and chilled raw materials, cutting half-carcasses, deboning and trimming of meat, grinding meat, Ambassador pieces, minced meat and cuts, preparation of lard, cooking meat, vacuum filling stuffing sausage casings, including sausage and sardelich in automatic mode, heat treatment of sausage products, cooling and storing the finished product.
